2. Product Information

  1. Product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are for guidance only and may change without prior notice.
  2. Kitchen doors are made from natural timber so variations (e.g., in colour or grain of wood) are expected and not considered defects.
  3. Due to design system limitations, final layouts may differ slightly from illustrations or plans.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.2 A deposit is required to secure your order. Once received, a delivery date will be arranged. Amendments made after this point may incur charges.

3.3 The balance must be paid in full at least 10 working days before delivery.

3.4 Prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in supplier costs, duties, or taxes. The Company may correct pricing errors at any time, including after invoicing.

3.5 For fitted worktops and glass splashbacks, final pricing is confirmed after templating. Additional payments must be settled before installation can be scheduled.

3.6 Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer. Corporate credit cards may incur a 2% surcharge.

3.7 Orders placed on an MP Moran & Sons Limited credit account are subject to our standard credit terms.

4. Orders, Measurements & Delivery

4.1 All orders are subject to availability and Company acceptance. Orders are not binding until payment in full (or approved credit) has been received.

4.2 Delivery dates are estimates only. The Company is not liable for delays or associated costs.

4.3 If delivery is postponed by the Customer for more than one week, the Company reserves the right to charge storage fees (as a guide, £250 incl. VAT per week).

4.4 Deliveries are kerbside only. Customers must ensure safe access and handling arrangements are in place.

4.5 Unsuccessful deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee. This will be the greater of:

a) £40 + VAT, or

b) Any third-party re-delivery cost plus 25%.

4.6 After installation of fitted worktops or splashbacks, the work must be signed off. Any further visits or adjustments requested after sign-off will be chargeable.

4.7 Measurements: Customers (or their chosen installers) are responsible for checking and confirming all measurements before placing an order. The Company cannot accept liability for inaccuracies in measurements supplied by the Customer. Where a measuring service is provided by the Company, it is advisory only. Final responsibility rests with the Customer.
