Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

At MP Moran showrooms, you can choose between:

  • Home Delivery: Have your bathroom or kitchen products delivered directly to your chosen address. Delivery times and charges vary depending on your order size and location.

  • Click & Collect: Collect your order from your nearest MP Moran showroom or branch at a convenient time.

Our team will confirm all delivery or collection details with you once your order is placed.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. MP Moran showroom currently delivers only within the UK, including Northern Ireland. We are unable to process or fulfil orders outside of the UK or the Channel Islands.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Payments can also be made by bank transfer, and cash is accepted in our branches.

For trade customers with an approved account, payment on account is available under our standard credit terms.

Orders & Returns

What if I received a damaged product or incorrect?

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach our customer service team via phone or email with your order details and a description of the issue. Where possible, please include photos to help us understand the problem.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include arranging a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Where possible, include photographs and your order details. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Can I return items if I change my mind?

  • Stocked Products: Returns are accepted within 28 days if the products are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply, and return delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Non-Stocked Products: These are made to order and non-returnable once ordered, unless cancelled before the Company places the order with the supplier.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds (where applicable) are normally processed within 28 days of inspection and approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
